1. I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled an Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding Twenty-five million two hundred

and seventy-eight thousand one hundred and thirty-three Dollars to the Public Service of the year 1925, and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Gover- nor's Instructions.

This Ordinance is in the usual form.

In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excel- lency the Governor may properly assent in the name of His

Majesty and on His behalf.
